1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SeatFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
SeatFlow is a seating chart and guest list planning application designed to help users organize events. The App provides:
- Drag-and-drop seating chart editor
- Multiple table shapes (round, rectangle, square, oval)
- Guest list management with RSVP tracking
- Dietary restrictions and guest tags
- Smart seating suggestions
- Check-in mode for event day
- Export as PNG and PDF
- Import from Contacts and CSV
- Floor plan objects (stage, dance floor, etc.)
- iCloud sync across devices
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Have a compatible iOS device (iOS 17.0 or later)
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
The App is rated 4+ and may be used by individuals of all ages.
4. Free and Pro Features
4.1 Free Features
Free users have access to:
- 1 event
- Up to 5 tables per event
- Up to 20 guests per event
- All table shapes
- Drag-and-drop seating
- Export with watermark
4.2 Pro Features (SeatFlow Pro)
Pro subscription unlocks:
- Unlimited events
- Unlimited tables per event
- Unlimited guests per event
- Clean exports (no watermark)
- CSV import
- Contacts import
- iCloud sync
- PDF export
- Floor plan objects
- Templates
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Options
Pro subscriptions are available in the following plans:
- Weekly: $1.99/week, billed every week
- Monthly: $4.99/month, billed every month
- Yearly: $29.99/year, billed annually (best value)
5.2 Billing
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
5.3 Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
6. User Content and Data
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all events, seating charts, and guest lists you create using the App.
- Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your event data.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your data and ensuring its accuracy.
- Export: You can export your seating charts and guest lists using in-app features.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer your account or subscription to another person
- Circumvent any access or usage restrictions
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and code, are owned byWizlab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or event information
- Errors in seating arrangements
- Service interruption or data loss
- Any issues arising from event planning decisions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The App will meet your specific event planning requirements
- Defects will be corrected
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wizlab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your event planning decisions based on App data
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will immediately cease
- We are not obligated to refund any fees paid
- Your locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
