Welcome to SeatFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application SeatFlow(the "App").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

TL;DR: Your event and guest data stays on your device. We don't collect or have access to your personal information or contact data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Event Data (Stored Locally)

SeatFlow allows you to create and manage seating charts and guest lists. This data includes:

• Event details (name, date, venue)
• Table configurations (shape, size, position, seats)
• Guest information (names, contact details, RSVP status)
• Seating assignments
• Guest tags and dietary restrictions
• Floor plan objects and layouts

Important: All event data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData encrypted storage and is NOT transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your guest lists, seating arrangements, or any event information.

2.2 Device Information

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• Anonymous device identifier for subscription management
• App version and crash reports

2.3 Purchase Information

When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We receive only:

• Confirmation of your subscription status
• Anonymous transaction identifiers
• Subscription type (weekly, monthly, or annual)

We do NOT have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID credentials.

2.4 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is:

• Synced through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit
• Encrypted by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure
• Only accessible by you through your Apple ID
• NOT accessible by Wizlab or any third parties

2.5 Contacts Access (Optional)

If you choose to import guests from your Contacts:

• Contact data is read only when you explicitly import
• Imported data is stored locally on your device
• We do NOT upload your contacts to any server
• You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings at any time

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Create and manage your seating charts
• Process and manage your subscriptions
• Improve and optimize the App experience
• Detect and prevent technical issues
• Respond to your support requests

We do NOT use your event data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality to you.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your event data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData with encryption. This data is:

• Encrypted at rest by iOS
• Protected by your device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• Backed up to iCloud only if you enable device backup or iCloud Sync
• Deleted when you uninstall the App (unless backed up to iCloud)

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to track subscription status. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Apple Services

The App integrates with Apple App Store for purchases and Apple CloudKit for iCloud sync. These services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

5.3 No Analytics

SeatFlow does NOT use any analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). We prioritize your privacy over usage metrics.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data stored in the App
• Export: Export your seating charts and guest lists
• Delete: Remove all your data by uninstalling the App or using in-app data reset
• Control Sync: Enable/disable iCloud Sync at any time
• Revoke Permissions: Revoke Contacts permissions in iOS Settings at any time

7. Children's Privacy

SeatFlow is rated 4+ and may be used by individuals of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. The App does not require account creation and all data is stored locally on the device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
