1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dotto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Dotto is a minimal calendar and countdown application for iOS. The App provides:

• Multiple calendar views (month, week, day, timeline, list)
• Countdown timers for important dates and milestones
• Natural language event creation
• Event templates for quick scheduling
• 25+ home screen, lock screen, and StandBy widgets
• 40+ themes, 12 fonts, and 25+ app icons
• Local notifications for events and countdowns
• Shareable schedule cards
• System calendar integration via Apple EventKit

4. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device (iOS 17.0 or later)
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

The App is rated 4+ and may be used by individuals of all ages.

5. Free and Pro Features

5.1 Free Features

Free users have access to:

• All calendar views (month, week, day, list)
• System calendar sync via EventKit
• Up to 5 countdown timers
• Up to 5 event templates
• Natural language event input
• Basic widgets
• 4 color themes

5.2 Pro Features (Dotto Pro)

A one-time lifetime purchase unlocks:

• Unlimited countdown timers
• Unlimited event templates
• All 25+ widgets (home screen, lock screen, StandBy)
• 40+ themes, 12 fonts, and 25+ app icons
• Timeline view
• Shareable schedule cards
• Priority support

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1 Lifetime Purchase

Dotto Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase of $9.99 USD. There are no recurring subscriptions. Once purchased, Pro features are permanently unlocked.

6.2 Tip Jar

Dotto offers optional tip jar purchases (consumable) to support development:

• Coffee Tip
• Lunch Tip
• Dinner Tip

Tips are entirely optional and do not unlock any additional features.

6.3 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. By making a purchase:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• No automatic renewals (lifetime purchase)
• You can restore purchases on any device signed in with your Apple ID

6.4 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

7. User Content and Data

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all events, countdowns, templates, and content you create using the App.
• Calendar Data: Calendar events are managed by Apple's system calendar. We do not have access to them.
• Local Storage: Countdowns, templates, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of your calendar data and backing up your device.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer your purchase to another person
• Circumvent any access or usage restrictions
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are owned by Wizlab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of calendar data or countdown information
• Missed events or appointments due to notification failures
• Inaccurate natural language event parsing
• Service interruption or data loss
• Widget display issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Natural language parsing will correctly interpret all inputs
• Widgets will always display the most current data
• Notifications will be delivered at the exact scheduled time
• Defects will be corrected

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wizlab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Missed appointments or scheduling errors

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• We are not obligated to refund any fees paid
• Your locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App
• Your calendar events will persist in Apple's system calendar

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
