2.1 Trading Data (Stored Locally)

Trade Buddy allows you to record and track your trading activity. This data includes:

• Trade records (entry/exit prices, lot sizes, symbols, strategies)
• Trading accounts and balances
• Transactions (deposits, withdrawals)
• Screenshots and chart images
• Voice notes and trade notes
• Playbook entries and trading setups
• Goals, achievements, and progress statistics

Important: All trading data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage and is NOT transmitted to our servers. We do not have access to your trading history, account balances, or any financial data.

2.2 Device Information

We may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• Anonymous device identifier for subscription management
• App version and crash reports

2.3 Purchase Information

When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive only:

• Confirmation of your subscription status
• Anonymous transaction identifiers
• Subscription type (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)

We do NOT have access to your payment details, credit card information, or account credentials.

2.4 Broker Sync (Optional)

If you choose to connect your broker account (e.g., Binance, Coinbase), we use API keys that you provide to import trade data directly to your device. These credentials are:

• Stored securely on your device using encrypted storage
• Used only to fetch your trade history
• Never transmitted to or stored on our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Process and manage your subscriptions
• Improve and optimize the App experience
• Detect and prevent technical issues
• Respond to your support requests

4. Data Storage and Security

Your trading data is stored locally on your device using Hive encrypted database. This data is:

• Encrypted at rest by the operating system
• Protected by your device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID/Biometrics
• Backed up to iCloud/Google Drive only if you enable device backup
• Deleted when you uninstall the App

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to track subscription status. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Apple/Google Services

The App integrates with Apple App Store and Google Play Store for purchases. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.

5.3 Economic Calendar

We fetch economic event data from third-party APIs to display the economic calendar. No personal information is shared in these requests.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data stored in the App
• Export: Export your trade data as CSV or PDF
• Delete: Remove all your data by uninstalling the App or using in-app data reset
• Disconnect: Remove broker API connections at any time

Trade Buddy is not intended for children under 18 years of age due to its financial nature. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
